Regulatory Compliance Support:

Many building owners and managers will be required to comply with reporting mandates by City of Vancouver and emission reduction targets, especially as deadlines approach. We provide guidance to navigate frameworks, collect data, report and create actionable management plans to show good stewardship and avoid penalties.

Eco Curve Consulting supports organizations in navigating the complexities of sustainability and emissions reporting.

We provide GRI (Global Reporting Initiative) and CSRD (Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive) guidance to enhance transparency, align with ESRS (European Sustainability Reporting Standards), and meet compliance requirements.

Our expertise extends to GHG (Greenhouse Gas) reporting, ensuring accurate emissions tracking across Scopes 1, 2, and 3.

We also assist with SASB (Sustainability Accounting Standards Board) disclosures and ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) strategy, helping organizations benchmark performance, meet investor expectations, and drive sustainability leadership.

In British Columbia, all strata corporations with five or more strata lots must obtain an Electrical Planning Report (EPR) to assess electrical capacity and future energy needs. Deadlines vary by location:

  • December 31, 2026 – Stratas in Metro Vancouver, Fraser Valley, and Capital Regional Districts.

  • December 31, 2028 – Stratas in all other BC regions.

At Eco Curve Consulting, we provide comprehensive EPR services to ensure compliance while optimizing infrastructure for EV charging, heat pumps, and future energy demands. Our reports include capacity assessments, demand management strategies, and actionable recommendations to help building owners make informed decisions.
